TIME

Orders will be dispatched and posted within 1-3 business days. Dispatch times may be slightly impacted during sales and peak shopping period.

We will always get your orders shipped to you as soon as possible. If you have any concerns please contact us at mylittlecreator@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist with.

PRE-ORDER

If your order contains both in-stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the order until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching. We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items unless you are happy to wait. Please note the estimated time of arrival is just an estimate provided by the supplier, it can occasionally be further delayed. If you want to cancel pre-order products, we can provide you with store credit. Refund is not possible for Pre-order products.

DELIVERY FEE

Australia Order:

We work hard to ensure our products are affordable to our customers and this applies to shipping costs too. We offer $9.9 flat rate standard shipping and $18.9 flat rate express shipping. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $199. 

Our shipping partnership is with Australia post. Once your parcel is allocated a tracking number you will receive tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the item has been dispatched.

 

Rest of The World:

We offer discounted shipping rate and the shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the country, please simply add the items to your cart to get an accurate quote.

Our shipping partnership is with Australia post (Airmail with tracking). Once your parcel is allocated a tracking number you will receive tracking information.
